Brainspotting and Highly Sensitive Topics and Information

Brainspotting allows clients to process their trauma without verbal communication. This can be great for people who do not wish to share the details of traumatic events out loud. For this same reason, Brainspotting is ideal for those who wish to process work-related trauma that is highly confidential in nature. Government employees, police officers, and health professionals may consider BSP helpful due to how little is shared to the therapist.

What is Holding You Back from Starting Online Brainspotting Therapy?

“I know that this situation happened, but it doesn’t feel as strong as before.”
“I know this situation happened, but I’m not having as much of an emotional reaction to it as before.”

After Brainspotting, people often report having a greater understanding of the reasons they have been feeling or responding certain ways. People also often tell me about “golden nuggets” or positive reminders that show up during their session.
